Family responsibilities
Families must provide accurate location details, emergency contacts, allergies, medical conditions, medication instructions, and any special care needs before service begins.
Rates and payment
The base hourly rate covers one child only. Each additional child is $5/hour, one nanny can care for up to three children, every booking has a three-hour minimum, and care after 10:00 PM is available only as an extension or continuation. Payment may be settled by cash or local bank transfer.
Safety and service boundaries
Roatan Nannies may decline or end a booking if the environment is unsafe, the location is undisclosed, or the booking materially differs from the confirmed request.
